Ritika is an organized and expert designer who was such a pleasure to work with. She and I were part of a group who collaborated to create a Playbook for leaders looking to implement open talent and open innovation into their organizations, as part of a marketing initiative spearheaded by Open Assembly and Team Magenta. I was thoroughly impressed with Ritika’s insights from a design perspective, specifically, how we could organize and format the text to keep the reader engaged throughout this lengthy document and what digital elements we should include to give it a modern and interactive look and feel. The final design blew me away. We got a ton of great feedback from our think tank community on how professional and legitimate the final product came out.
